Your monthly membership fee covers every visit, from your annual wellness check to your sick n snotty days, to your routine follow-ups for ongoing concerns. Routine annual labs are included too, and we’ll discuss charges for any additional labs before we order them.
Expect the Unexpected:
When you call, you’ll be calling me. Same goes for text and email- putting the direct in direct primary care!
When you visit, we’re gonna sit and spend some time together. Plan on being with me for 30-60 minutes, unless we’ve agreed it can just be a quick one.
I’m conscious of weight bias and stigma in healthcare. And I take care to counteract them. You’ll never see a scale unless you ask to be weighed or we agree that it would contribute value to your care.
I’m conscious that there are barriers and biases impacting persons with disabilities. And I will make every effort to make your experiences with me accessible and affirming.
I’m conscious of the impact of racial bias in healthcare. And I am committed to examining my own biases and knowledge gaps so that I can offer excellent care to all.

I will not send you surprise bills. Pricing for labs beyond your covered annual panel will be discussed and agreed upon up front.
I don’t know everything, but I’m super curious. When I don’t have the answer, we’ll talk about where we’re going to find it and map out a path to get there.
